At Roquette, he led commercial teams across the UK, Ireland, and Benelux, driving sales of starches, gluten, liquid sugars, and polyols, while managing the company’s ethanol sales.

Malcolm’s earlier career saw him at Coca-Cola, where he developed procurement strategies for sweeteners across Europe, Eurasia, and the Middle East, and ED&F Man, where he honed his skills in sugar trading and market risk management. He also founded SUAVITAS sprl, offering market intelligence and strategic consulting for the food and beverage sectors.
